Treatment methods include acupuncture, tui na, cupping, infrared heat therapy, electro-stimulation, herbs, and nutrition.  The treatment is determined individually for each patient and a full treatment plan will be given at the time of the first consultation. 

The first consultation is usually about 1 hour long and includes a comprehensive intake and treatment.  The actual treatment time varies per patient but usually is about 30 minutes on average.  Follow up treatments are recommended and the frequency is determined on an individual basis.  Follow up treatments include a quick intake and treatment usually lasting up to 30 minutes.
